Privacy

Clausetrail is a pre-launch project run by VS7 Studio. Contact: vs7lab@mail.grokbot.com.

Purpose

We collect data only to run the early-access waitlist and, if you choose, a pilot request — and to learn whether this product is worth building. Nothing else.

What we store

• Waitlist: your email and multiple-choice answers (role, Colorado customer range, negotiated-contract range, tax engine, current plan, pilot interest), plus a consent timestamp and version.
• Pilot request (optional): your company domain, decision timeline, and whether you ticked “You may email me about a pilot” (unticked by default).
• The campaign tag of the link you came from (e.g. ?utm_source=), the page path, and the country Cloudflare infers from the request. We don't store your IP address.
• Daily totals of three anonymous events (form submitted, pilot requested, FAQ opened) — no identifiers.

We never ask for contracts, customer names, amounts or tax IDs, and you can't upload files here.

Sharing

We don't sell or share your data. It's stored with our host, Cloudflare (Pages + D1 database, Western Europe region).

Retention

Until the end of the early-access test plus 90 days, then deleted — unless you've become a pilot customer under separate terms.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics may count page views in aggregate without cookies. No advertising pixels or third-party trackers.

Your choices

Consent is the legal basis; withdraw it any time at /leave, which deletes your data immediately. You can also email us for access or correction, or complain to your data protection authority.
